Background

Conrad Phoenix is looking to create two vibrant new residential-led, mixed use developments in Canada Water.

Proposals for Site C
The Canada Water basin site will include a new and expanded Decathlon store in one building, smaller shops and waterfront cafés/restaurants, improved and landscaped public spaces, parking and 430 new homes. Residential will include affordable housing as well as more, larger family homes, in response to public consultation.

Proposals for Site E
The current ‘What Retail’ warehouse site, Surrey Quays Road, will include a 80 bed hotel, office space, a public square and new landscaped areas plus 180 new homes and parking. Again residential will include affordable housing and appropriate numbers of family housing for the area.
