Welcome to the website for Sites C and E at Canada Water, bringing forward the next stage of regeneration at Canada Water.

This website has been created on behalf of developer Conrad Phoenix (Canada Water) Ltd to present the emerging design proposals for two key Canada Water sites.

The proposals for Site C (the ‘Decathlon’ site) and Site E (the ‘What Retail’ site), have been conceived within the context of the London Borough of Southwark’s aspirations for the wider regeneration of the Canada Water area.

Developer Conrad Phoenix understands that to enable delivery of the right development to enhance the local environment, it is vital that the views of key stakeholders and the local community are taken on board and incorporated into the overall design.

Update July 2009

Following extensive public consultation, detailed planning applications for Site C and Site E were submitted to Southwark Council in January 2009. In March 2009 both planning applications were withdrawn to allow Conrad Phoenix more time to liaise with the Council about appropriate community benefits for the schemes.

Conrad Phoenix is now progressing positively towards resubmitting detailed planning applications for both Site C and Site E in summer 2009.
